The Supah Market's Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow a few days to process your order. Expect an email within one week to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP 
Our brick and mortar address is inside the Rust Belt Market at 22801 Woodward Ave, Ferndale, MI 48220 Orders can be picked up on market days (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) during hours of operation. Check here for the latest times and dates! An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using USPS's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.  Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We use calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the countries available at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Supah Market is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund or exchange the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at agent@supah.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
